The intention of this offering is to provide meditation and healing services for those in need.

Meditation has been proven, over thousands of years, to be beneficial in so many ways. It will allow you to slow down your everyday thoughts to create space for higher vibrational thoughts which will affect the overall holistic health of your body, mind and spirit. Meditation also helps in concentration and single-minded focus in order to accomplish any task that you set your mind to. I started to meditate at the tender age of 15 when I performed onstage for the first time. I was so nervous that every part of my body was shaking! The intentional awareness of my breath moving in and out of my body made me feel calm immediately and I was able to complete the performance with a minimal amount of shakiness!

Throughout my life I have meditated and have been involved in many spiritual groups and have studied ancient modes of thought about meditation. Oftentimes there are steadfast requirements about ways to meditate, places to meditate, times to meditate and so on. My practice was consistent for one reason only. I didn’t follow the rules! Although I tried to follow all the rules, they were not conducive to my lifestyle so I ignored them! I would meditate anytime, anywhere and for as long as I could or wanted to. This created a very consistent practice for me.

These days I usually don’t leave the house unless I have meditated and I also include prayer in my meditation. A misconception of meditation is that once you start meditating everything will automatically change and your life will be transformed. I do believe the transformational part as meditation does open you and your spirit up to the many invisible forces inside our bodies and outside our bodies for change. It can be a way to release all that is no longer needed and create space for higher vibrational energies to come in. But oftentimes, transformation is preceded by inner turmoil which is an essential part of the cleansing which needs to take place.

People are always asking me what kind of meditation I do and my answer is really old school- I meditate using the body, mind and spirit, being conscious of the breath, and slowing down the system in order to access the inner part of our consciousness.

The yogis always say that we are allotted a certain amount of breaths during the course of our lifetime. Meditation slows down the breath in order to increase your longevity.

Another intention is to create a community of those people who are attracted to holistic healing through alternative practices.

Time and time again, I come across videos, books, and people with information about how the holistic way of healing is more helpful than the use of the medical profession. Just the other day I came across a video where it was proven over and over again that meditation healed ailments that we never would have thought possible to be healed by meditation.

Back in 2005, I was involved in a relationship that ended very abruptly and literally broke my heart. The result was that I woke up one day and was not able to play my instrument. The fingers on my left hand would not stay down and the fingers on my right hand would not lift up. I diagnosed myself, then went to the best neurologist in New York City. He confirmed that I had Focal Dystonia and he also said that there was no cure. That propelled me into a journey of healing that resulted in me totally healing myself! As a result of that journey, I now help others who have Focal Dystonia to heal themselves. This has opened a new world for me of energy medicine. I am also very sensitive to biological dysfunctions people have and find myself more and more involved in helping people heal.

So I am also offering energetic healing sessions to those who are interested.
